At Samco Pakistan, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item within the 7-day return window.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Samco tags attached in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

  Ship the Item

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the item and send it back to our designated warehouse address using a traceable courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
